MIX yeast with 100 grams of water and corn syrup. Set in a warm area for 15 minutes.
SIFT flour, salt and sugar in a mixing bowl.
MIX. While mixing on first speed, add yeast mix, remaining water and oil. Mix on second speed for 8 to 10 minutes or until gluten is developed.
PLACE dough in a greased bowl, grease top of dough and cover.
FERMENT until double in size. Remove dough from the bowl and cut in half.
ROLL out to fit a 12 inch pizza pan.
TOP with tomato sauce, prairie meats pepperoni, salami, black forest ham and any other desirable toppings and cheese.
BAKE in a 400F oven
