Prairie Meats offers unique portion sizes to meet customer specifications including portion controlled steaks that are cut within a 10 gram tolerance, as well as custom-blended burger patties from 75 to 225 grams. Burger pattie production can accommodate 1500 lbs per hour. Prairie Meats is pleased to continue to adapt its products to meet dietary restrictions and special requirements, and offers a wide range of specialty products including gluten-free, no-sodium, certified organic, and halal options.
Superior Quality & Food Safety
Product quality and food safety are a top priority at Prairie Meats, with a full-time Health and Food Safety Coordinator on staff. From processing to distribution, only government inspected products are used. These products are subject to a strict Quality Assurance Program; additionally assessments by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency are done on a regular basis, and Public Health Services requirements are updated annually to ensure the highest quality products.
